Why we built it
The practice website features the owner. Directories list the office, not the person. And your best case on Instagram scrolls out of sight in a week. Associate dentists, new grads, and anyone working inside a DSO end up with no personal marketing surface at all — nowhere that's actually about them and the work they do.
dentfol.io fixes that. It's a page you own and control, built from structured dental information — the carriers you take, the languages you speak, the procedures you do — that follows your career instead of your employer. Change practices and the page moves with you; the link never changes.
Compliance comes first
Dentistry is a regulated profession, so we built the guardrails in from day one. dentfol.io stores no patient-identifiable information. Before any case photo goes public, you attest that it's de-identified or covered by a signed patient marketing authorization, and we keep a record of that attestation. Booking and contact intake is limited to a name and contact details — nothing about a patient's care.
You stay in control
Every dentist decides what's public and what stays private, publishes and unpublishes at will, and can export or permanently delete everything from account settings. You own your content. We just give it a good home. A free HIPAA marketing-authorization template comes with every account — offered as a convenience, not as legal advice.
