dentfol.io is NOT a HIPAA-compliant platform. You generally agree NOT to upload any Protected Health Information (PHI) or any patient-identifiable data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all case data, images, and notes are completely anonymized before uploading. Failure to comply may result in immediate account termination.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using dentfol.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:

Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
Upload any real patient names, faces, or identifiable details (PHI).
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform's security.

4. Subscription and Payments

We offer Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are handled in accordance with LemonSqueezy's refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

dentfol.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
